Lee Campbell is an HSE professional with over 20 years’ experience across the energy, nuclear, rail, offshore wind and heavy civils sectors. Before joining CK Contracts in 2025, he held senior QHSE roles with Nexans on major offshore wind farm projects including Moray and Seagreen, and previously worked in HSE positions with organisations such as Balfour Beatty, BAM Nuttall, Subsea 7, SPL Powerlines and Global Energy Group.
At CK Contracts, Lee supports the safe delivery of projects across construction, rail and renewables by leading HSEQ management systems, CDM 2015 compliance and risk management. He has particular expertise in ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, incident investigation and behavioural safety, and is committed to building a positive safety culture where everyone takes ownership for their own safety and that of their colleagues.
As CK Contracts continues to grow, Lee’s focus is on building on the company’s excellent safety attitude and performance, and on strengthening the existing belief that everyone is responsible for safety. His aim is to support the team so that strong safety principles are reflected in everyday decisions on every site.
